Starting with an initial palate of almost 30 botanicals, this was carefully narrowed down to just five, each individually chosen to create a harmonious balance with our unique Irish Single Malt Base Spirit.

Lemon Verbena (leaf)

Verbenae citriodoratae

Aroma:
Pure lemon, earthy, oriental spicy, slightly grassy

Douglas Fir (needles)

Pseudotsuga menziessi

West Cork, Ireland
Aroma:
Woody, earthy, piney, spicy, tropical citrus, warm, sea salt

Lemon (peel)
